Fresca Ristorante's Chef Ken Deiner's culinary odyssey began at a very youthful age, his family background being of the restaurant business. His journey began the day he finished schooling and ventured into the temples of Manhattan Fine Dining, maintaining a seven-day work schedule that he still holds sacred today.
In every venture that Chef Deiner takes on he operates it, as thou he's creating a new World. He takes his expertise to the extent of rising in the early AM hours to rush to the markets of New York or Philadelphia, to where he begins to hand select the freshest seafood, meats, and produce that are available.
He has such outstanding credits, such as: The Old Homestead, Acapppella, and L'orto of Manhattan.Capriccio of NJ and NY Prime, of Boca Raton, FL. Having completed his journey, Chef Deiner has now returned to his roots of NJ. To offer fine dining and superb dishes to his clientele with such dishes as: Buffalo di Mozzarella, Jumbo lump Crab Cakes, Day Boat Scallops, Chilean Sea Bass with a lobster enriched risotto, Plank of Wild Salmon, Lobster Ravioli, USDA Prime Steaks, and his Grandmother's cheesecake.
