Executive Chef and owner Ralph Molinari opened Molinari's with his wife Laura and since then many of their loyal customers refer to the restaurant as the best kept secret. Located in Neptune City, Molinari's is a casual family restaurant serving lunch and dinner that gives you the choice of dining in the main dining room or the bar room which features high top tables, private booths or you can sit at the sunken bar with captain style chairs.

Weather permitting, customers also enjoy sitting on the outside patio. Molinari's offers a selection of fine wines as well as beer and cocktails or you can browse the wine shop.

At Molinari's Restaurant, the key to any good Italian dish is to use only the freshest ingredients and keep it simple, "all of the dishes are prepared to order with only the highest quality ingredients from our fresh seafood to our freshly cut meats and steaks, to our daily delivered produce," says executive chef Ralph Molinari.
